Chester A. Arthur was a U.S. president from 1881 to 1885. In the 31st century, he lives at the Head Museum along with the other former U.S. presidents.
During the Brainspawn's attack on Earth, Philip J. Fry used the H2OGfat from Arthur's jar to put out the fire on the Professor's arm.
Arthur's head also appears in the front row of Fry's Funeral, along with Guenter and the main cast.
